The following terms and conditions represent Ray's Auto Detailing policy regarding our customers. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.
*Our Philosophy*
At Ray's Auto Detailing, we aim to provide a stress-free detailing experience. The safety of your vehicle and the use of proper detailing techniques are our top priorities. We will not perform any service that could potentially harm or damage your vehicle.

If your vehicle poses any health or safety risks, please inform us beforehand. If there are any harmful substances (such as needles, drugs, gasoline, mold, etc.) in the vehicle, please let your detail technician know before the detailing begins.
*Appointments*
We strive to arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible. However, as a mobile service, unforeseen circumstances may affect our schedule. If there is a change, we will notify you via text or call with an updated arrival time.

While our pricing is usually consistent, specific conditions—like the state of your vehicle or unique service requests—may necessitate an updated quote (though this is rare). If this happens, we will contact you before your appointment to ensure that both parties agree on the revised price prior to proceeding.
Please note that a $20 deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable; however, if you need to cancel or reschedule, it will be credited toward your next appointment, ensuring you don't lose your payment. We understand that changes may arise, and we are happy to accommodate them as long as we are notified in advance.
We kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before our detailing service begins.
Ray's Auto Detailing will not install or remove any car seats or custom equipment from your vehicle unless it is deemed necessary. By accepting these terms, you grant us permission to do so.
We will not handle the removal or installation of car seats or custom equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, seat covers, subwoofers, light bars, pet protectors, and bumper stickers. If you wish for these areas to be cleaned, please ensure they are removed prior to your appointment.
We accept various payment methods, including cash,Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is due upon completion of the detail.
*Photographs and Video*
By booking with us, you consent to Ray's Auto Detailing capturing moments of our detailing process, including images or video footage of your vehicle’s transformation. These recordings may feature both the interior and exterior of your vehicle and could be used for marketing purposes on our website and social media channels. We prioritize discretion and professionalism, ensuring that no personal information is shared. If you have any concerns or would prefer not to participate, please let us know via text or call at 631-612-3450, or simply inform us before your appointment starts.
